If damaged or is lost,the cost is borne by the buyer, it is recommended to send through DHL separately;

·Customers in special regions and countries need to apply for special customs clearance certificates, please contact your sales agentin advance to manage contact and communications, so as not to affect the delivery;
·If the machine needs to be released at the port, please submit it in time. It can only be processed on working days, services cannot be provided on the weekend and on holidays.
